1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All products and services provided through our website are delivered digitally and include, but are not limited to:

  • Vehicle verification details

  • Export/import records

  • Warranty and recall information

Since these are intangible digital goods, all sales are final once the report has been processed and delivered. Refunds are not issued under normal circumstances.


2. No Refunds for Customer Errors

Refunds cannot be granted in cases where incorrect information was submitted by the customer, including:

  • Wrong or invalid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

  • Typographical errors

  • Duplicate submissions

  • Misunderstanding of the scope or purpose of our services

We strongly encourage customers to double-check all information before placing an order.


3. Exceptions to This Policy

In limited circumstances, we may offer a correction or redelivery if:

  • Wrong Report Delivered – The report does not match the VIN you provided.

  • Incomplete or Corrupted Report – The delivered report is missing essential data or cannot be accessed.

  • Report Not Delivered – Your report was not delivered within our standard timeframe (typically 7–10 hours) due to a system error on our end.

To request a correction or redelivery, please contact us at info@autovinglobal.com within 2 business days of receiving (or not receiving) your report.


4. Support & Technical Access Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your report, our support team will gladly assist. However, as the product is considered delivered, such issues are not eligible for refunds.
Please remember to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting support.


5. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback after accepting these refund terms violates this policy. Auto Vin Global reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing proof of delivery and service fulfillment.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.


6. Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order with Auto Vin Global, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand and accept that our products are non-refundable digital goods.

  • All sales are final unless an error occurs on our end.
